Q: Go to Google Book Search. Look yourself up, by name. How many real hits are there? [You need not disclose which]

Three under my full name, another one sans middle name, yet another one with middle initial.   (Not counting books with articles by yours truly actually in them, I know of three other non-indexed references floating around out there.) 

Q: How many books are you actually mentioned in, not counting acknowledgments or bibliographic references? Count a book even if your name’s dropped in passing.

Like Bill, I'm in references and acknowledgments only.

Q: How many of the books listed by Google were you already aware of before doing the search?

Well, I've done this routine before (I admit it! I admit it!); the first time around, I knew about 80% of the hits.

Q: Suggest five other people who should also look themselves up and report the results. If they’re pseudonymous bloggers, they need not disclose their True Identities—just their numbers.
