- Please label and separate articles that are published, in press, and under consideration.
- Please separate encyclopedia entries from your other publications.
- Please include page numbers for articles and chapters.
- Please indicate when you plan to finish your degree (if it isn't in hand).
- Please accurately describe your current employment status.
- Please explain any administrative or editorial work (e.g., what does it entail, what kind of journal, etc., etc.).
- Please supply a list of the courses you have taught.
- Please identify which languages you can speak or read (especially if you're applying for a medieval or early modern position).
