Is This Book Two* I See before Me?

The advent of my author's copies would seem to indicate that the book should actually be shipping in the immediate future.  I look forward to academic bestsellerdom! (OK, maybe not.  But it's pretty affordable.  You should purchase a copy!)

*--Given that Robert Elsmere preceded it, I suppose that this is really Book 2 1/2.
