Well, there are some downsides to electronic submissions...

• Student submits work in a file format unknown to mankind.  Or, at least, to Word.
• Student submits a paper for somebody else's course.
• Student submits the wrong version of the paper.
• Student submits the notes for the paper.
• Student cannot upload the paper to the ANGEL dropbox. 
• Student submits a paper and it disappears into a shadowy netherworld, never to be seen again.
• Instructor returns one student's paper to another.
• Instructor accidentally deletes all of her comments.
• Instructor's comments are now entirely legible, which generates more trauma among the undergraduate population. 

(Yes, still grading.  But getting there.)
